Includes a serving staff, our equipment setup (buffet style with stainless steel chafing pans, serving ware, and glass drink dispensers), Styrofoam Dinnerware*

Bold BBQ Sauce, Dinner Rolls, Butter, sliced Pickles, Onions & Jalapenos, Sweet/Unsweet Tea, Lemon Wedges, Ice (if needed), Bussing/Take Down of buffet and prep area.

*Other options are available for dinnerware, and add-on of
appetizers, sides, desserts, and beverages.

An Automatic Gratuity of 18% will be added to all Full Service catering events.
